Ride safely

Kickstand rewards area covered—never speed or time. It is not a navigation aid.

You are responsible for obeying traffic law, riding within your ability, maintaining a safe motorcycle and deciding whether conditions are safe. Do not interact with the app while moving. Territory, rankings, alerts and maps are not instructions to enter a road or area.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 and legally permitted to ride where you use Kickstand. Keep your account and devices secure, provide accurate information and tell us if you believe your account has been compromised.

Territory and service results

Territory is an in-app game result, not ownership of land or a right of access. GPS, connectivity, map data and integrity checks can delay, hold or reject a ride. Do not trespass, enter a closed road or take a risk to claim territory. We may correct results affected by abuse, corrupted data or service errors.

Acceptable use

Do not falsify rides, evade integrity controls, harass another rider, upload unlawful or infringing content, probe other accounts, disrupt the service or use Kickstand to encourage dangerous or illegal riding. We may restrict or suspend an account to protect riders and the service. Available appeals can be submitted from the app.

Your content

You keep ownership of content you submit. You give Kickstand permission to host, process and display it only as needed to operate features you use and honour your visibility settings. Delete content you no longer want stored, subject to the retention rules in the privacy policy.

Planned advertising

Website account signup is for people aged 18 or older. Keep your company and contact details accurate and save a company only if you are authorized to represent it. Saving company details is private and does not purchase advertising, verify your company or publish a map point.

Business and event map advertising is planned and is not available to purchase. All rider features remain free. The advertising page describes planned pricing, not an offer to take payment. Before sales open, we will publish advertiser terms covering approval, display periods, renewal, cancellation and refunds.

Availability

The service may change, pause or end. We do not guarantee uninterrupted recording, map accuracy, territory outcomes or that a device will retain a ride after hardware, storage or operating-system failure. Use the in-app status and export tools to check important data.
